Great place to stay in Palmer. Comfortable room and easy access to downtown. Second visit to Colony Suites and did not disappoint. Had a small gathering going on next door late. Quick call to the supplied contact and problem solved. Can’t recommend enough.

Oh my goodness! This is the dream staycation spot!! We stayed here a year ago and my youngest requested a return for his 8th birthday adventure. The house is roomy, comfy and so clean. The hot tub is perfect (even at -7, my kids, hubs and I loved it!). And the location is in a nice central down town Palmer location. If you want a relaxing stay with lots of storage (an entire pantry space for food, big fridge/freezer, and empty cupboards!) , every kitchen need supplied (even plastic bags, dish soap, spices, coffee filters plus the usual dishes), and even curtains with blinds on every window....this is the place for you.

The perfect place to stay! Located in a nice part of town with everything in walking distance. The room was super clean and felt very homey. We will 100% be staying here again and at any other location they have!

Great property ! Communication with owners thru their “Boarding Pass” was timely, and appropriate. Super Clean, comfortable, and furnished beautifully. Location made it easy to walk to resturants and shops.

What a great find in Palmer, AK! Colony Suites is a bit of home away from home where you have a full kitchen, living room, and in-suite laundry in addition to the normal bedroom/bathroom you'd get in a regular hotel room. The facility is immaculate and the staff outstanding. The location is central, but very quiet and more than comfortable.

It was like living in a painting. The location is fantastic. Walking distance from food/stores. Surrounded by snow mountains. Apartment itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. In unit laundry was another plus as we’d been traveling for over a week. Would’ve given it 10stars if I could, lovely place to relax with all modern amenities. Would stay here again

We throughly enjoyed our stay in suite 2!! The beautiful decor was modern and welcoming. The couch and bed were so incredibly comfortable! And we loved all the organizational touches everywhere. Very well stocked, everything we needed. The only note we had was if you’re on a different time zone, like we were, suite 2 does have some audible footsteps from the upper level, nothing intrusive if you’re on a normal sleep schedule. We just loved it and will definitely recommend it and anticipate another stay in the spring! Thank you!!!

Kyle and his team are excellent to work with. We had a change in plans and he was very prompt to respond and took care of our need to change rooms efficiently. The rooms are very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!
